When it comes to web pages, blogs and forums, I can only be described as the novice-of-the-novice. Most importantly, the customer service exceeds that of pretty much every store or company I have dealt with. That is really saying something as I have lived in 8 states and 11 cities. Due to my own incompetence in all things web, I have encountered myriad obstacles, questions and “emergencies” with this site. Every single issue was responded to very quickly and fixed immediately. Not only were they fixed but Mr. Beckman was very patient in showing me step-by-step how to fix things on my own. There wasn’t any of that rapid, random clicking to fix the problems; under his direct tutelage, I was the one that did the clicking. I was the one that was taught how to fix things on my own. Being shown how to fix the problems was a wonderful confidence builder, I’m no longer afraid to play around on my own website! He also did a wonderful job of describing in layman’s terms the host, domain, widgets, plug-ins, themes and all of the other web words I had never heard of. Together, we built what you see as The Book Worms. Mr. Beckman and Beaker Productions surpassed, by far, any and all expections for the web design/building process and the final product you see before you.
